A1 Timber Engineering Ltd is an independent company, founded in August 2013, and proudly operating from our facility in the heart of King’s Lynn, Norfolk.

Our Founder, Keith Arnett, having previously been Managing Director for successful Timber Merchants and Nationwide Timber Engineering Fabricators, carefully assembled his own team to establish A1 Timber Engineering Ltd.

Since our inception, we have experienced significant growth. Our factory has more than doubled in size, and our workforce has expanded from an initial team of six to a skilled workforce of over twenty-five people. Continuous investment in cutting-edge machinery and equipment has substantially increased our production capacity, with further expansion always on the horizon.

Our highly experienced and dedicated team specialises in the design and manufacture of Roof Trusses, Metal-Web Joists, and Timber Frame Structures, catering to a diverse range of clients. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, fostering strong client relationships, and driving mutual success.

We proudly supply Roof Trusses and Easi-Joists to a mix of national housebuilders, regional developers, and contractors. All estimating, design, and manufacturing processes are handled in-house, ensuring quality and precision. We deliver across East Anglia, The South East, The Midlands and beyond.
